“Ninety-six percent (96.0) of all private schools in 2007–08 were coeducational, while 1.8 percent enrolled all girls and 2.2 percent enrolled all boys.”

My Comment: Schools set up just to educate girls were fairly common in the U.S. a while ago, but apparently many of them have admitted girls. I attended an all boys school until 8th grade when it went coeducational.
